For the fourth year running, the former Kino Roland on Langstrasse opens its doors for another season of late nights, familiar faces, unexpected encounters and seriously good music. What was once a cinema has become one of Zurich's most beloved temporary underground hideouts. A place where generations reconnect, musical boundaries dissolve and the original spirit of Kreis 4 is still very much alive.

After last year's unforgettable sessions with Seth Troxler, Jimi Jules, Optimo, Âme and Gerd Janson, to name just a few, Roland returns with another round of international legends, local heroes and beautiful misfits.

And who better to kick things off than four familiar faces deeply connected to Zurich's musical underground?

KALABRESE is a true original. Producer, musician, DJ and one of the most distinctive voices in European electronic music. From his legendary Rumpelorchester to his genre-defying releases on Rumpelmusig, Kala has created a musical universe entirely his own. Somewhere between off-kilter house, psychedelic funk, jazz and pure groove. Impossible to imitate, impossible to categorise. A Zurich institution with a sound that travels far beyond the city's borders.

ALEX DALLAS has been shaping Zurich's nightlife for over three decades. From the pioneering Dachkantine to the legendary Zukunft, and through his influential labels Straight Ahead Recordings and Drumpoet Community, his fingerprints are all over the city's club culture. A lifelong digger, curator and DJ with an instinct for the unexpected, connecting Detroit, Chicago, disco, house and the outer edges of electronic music. Always underground, always moving forward.

PALMSI, the DJ alter ego of the wonderful singer PALMA ADA, brings a different kind of magic. A captivating voice on stage and an adventurous spirit behind the decks, she moves effortlessly between genres, moods and unexpected discoveries. Playful, instinctive and full of character.

And then there's KAYYAK, one of the most exciting names of Zurich's new generation. With his infectious productions, irresistible grooves and releases on Rumpelmusig, he's rapidly making a name for himself beyond Switzerland. A rising talent well on his way to becoming one of Zurich's finest musical exports.

Four artists, different generations, one shared obsession with music. No algorithms, no predictable playlists, no unnecessary hype. Just proper selections, open minds and a dancefloor ready for whatever comes next.

Because Roland has never been about being the biggest or the loudest. It's about the people, the music and those beautifully unpredictable moments that make you forget about everything else.
