DET:RIOT — STRAIGHT OUTTA DETROIT

Some cities make music. Detroit rewired the whole damn thing.

From abandoned warehouses and underground radio stations to sweaty basements across the planet, the Motor City's influence runs deep. A place where soul met machines, where raw drum patterns became a language of their own and where electronic music was never about playing by the rules.

For DET:RIOT, we're bringing two of Detroit's most notorious underground institutions to Roland. No polished edges, no compromises. Just pure Motor City pressure.

DJ ASSAULT needs little introduction. One of the original architects of ghettotech, a genre born from the collision of Detroit techno, electro, Miami bass and street-level attitude. His notorious booty anthems, lightning-fast mixing and unapologetically raw energy have been setting dancefloors on fire since the 90s. Fast, dirty, funky and completely out of control.

Alongside him, DETROIT IN EFFECT (D.I.E.), cult heroes of Detroit electro, whose stripped-down machine funk, robotic grooves and irresistible basslines have become essential underground DNA. From R U Married to Get Up, their records are timeless weapons, connecting generations of electro freaks, breakers and late-night dancers.

Representing the local underground are CARAMELO GABANNA and ISI! B2B BLUE GIRL, bringing their own heat, attitude and unpredictable selections to the equation.

And where better to unleash all this than Roland? An old cinema on Langstrasse, temporarily transformed into a sanctuary for musical outsiders, beautiful misfits and people who know that the best nights rarely follow a script.

A meeting of Detroit's uncompromising street culture and the original underground spirit of Kreis 4. No VIP nonsense, no musical boundaries, no holding back.

DET:RIOT Machine funk, booty bass and beautiful chaos.
