This Friday, Palais Mascotte welcomes two true selectors. Two vinyl diggers, two distinct stories and one night of soulful house, disco and deep grooves for everyone who listens with their feet.

GE-OLOGY Baltimore-born and Brooklyn-based, GE-OLOGY is a DJ, producer and visual artist whose career spans more than four decades. He produced underground hip-hop for Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Black Star and De La Soul before returning to the dancefloor with "Moon Circuitry" on Theo Parrish's Sound Signature label. Behind the decks he tells stories with rare, funky and soulful records – a true DJ's DJ.

SASSY J Bern-based DJ, promoter and artist Sassy J has been bringing global sounds to Switzerland for many years with her renowned Patchwork nights, hosting names like Theo Parrish and Moodymann. Her warm, eclectic sets move through soul, jazz, funk, disco and house and have made her a favourite at Dekmantel, Rush Hour and Rainbow Disco Club. She also curated the Patchwork compilation for Rush Hour.

Two selectors who dig deep, a crowd that listens closely and a night dedicated to the soul of house music.
