molekühl is a producer, DJ, promoter and live performer. Her vocation to music sparkled at age 6, took her through different instruments - mainly piano - and music projects which led to a masters degree in musicology at UZH. It was only a question of time until she fell for Zurich’s underground club culture where she became very active. She calls the broad world of experimental electronic music her home, yet her long-term musical interest and practice reveals her stylistic diversity which ranges from broken beats, edgy techno to trance and eerie ambient. molekühl means: preferring analogue to digital, digging treasures from many music genres and playing tracks at the wrong speed on purpose!
